- 6km: Perfect for families, first-time runners, and those seeking a more leisurely experience. The 6km course winds through scenic trails, including the magnificent spiral entrance into Ruakuri Cave, this distance offers a taste of the Waitomo region.
- 11km: This moderately challenging course takes walkers/ runners through native forest trails and open farmland, offering stunning views of the Waitomo landscape.
- 21km: A challenging half-marathon that rewards runners with breathtaking views of the Waitomo landscape. This course is ideal for those looking for a little bit more adventure.
- 33km: For the ultimate challenge, the 33km offers the walkers, experienced trail walkers/runners, and epic course to push your limits. You’ll traverse some of the most scenic trails in the Waitomo region
