The first trailer for the Freddie Mercury movie Bohemian Rhapsody is finally here!

The wait is over for our first look at the highly anticipated Queen movie, Bohemian Rhapsody.

The very first trailer for the biographical drama was released today and it is nothing short of amazing!

Actor Rami Malek as flamboyant lead singer Freddie Mercury and follows the star's extraordinary life.

Eddie the Eagle director Dexter Fletcher took over the project after it was revealed that the original director, Bryan Singer, was fired for feuding with Malek and reportedly "throwing an object" at the star.

However, this disruption doesn't seem to have affected Bohemian Rhapsody which is being produced by Queen bandmates Brian May and Roger Taylor.

The movie is set to hit New Zealand cinemas on November 1.
