New Fifty Shades Freed trailer reveals shocking spoiler

For those of you who haven't read the books, the revelation in the new Fifty Shades Freed trailer may come as quite a surprise.

In the final moments of the new clip for raunchy flick shows Anastasia, played by Dakota Johnson, in the doctor's office being told that she is pregnant!

What a shocker!!

Of course those who have read E. L. James' novels will already know all about this twist - but either way, we can't wait to see how it all plays out when Fifty Shades Freed hits cinemas on February 14!
