Get the tissues ready, because this one’s a tear jerker …
A 21-year-old man with Down syndrome has blown everyone away with his amazing dance audition for the UK reality TV show, The Greatest Dancer.
The video – which has since gone viral, receiving more than 22 million views on Facebook – shows Andrew dancing his heart out to Justin Timberlake’s Can’t Stop The Feeling in the audition, which takes place in a studio in front a mirror.
The twist of the TV show meant that Andrew needed 75 per cent of the audience hidden behind the mirror to vote to see more of his moves.
And that’s exactly what happened.
It didn’t take long for the audience – and the rest of us – to fall in love with Andrew’s dancing, and the mirrors parted revealing Andrew to the cheering crowd.
The Greatest Dancer is the brain-child of Simon Cowell’s company Syco and features celebrity mentors, former Glee star Matthew Morrison, former Girls Aloud member Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and dancer Otlile Mabuse.
