Disney unveils dramatic 'Frozen 2' trailer ... and it looks EPIC!

IT'S FINALLY HERE!

Six years later, the sequel to one of Disney's biggest movies of all time has just got its first trailer ... and it looks pretty damn exciting.

The trailer for Frozen II showcases the main characters familiar from the first film: ice-casting princess Elsa, her sister Anna, plus Olaf the snowman and Anna’s love interest Kristoff.

Although the two-minute long clip doesn't really give any plot details away, it's strangely tense - opening with everyone’s favourite ice queen alone on a black sand beach trying to fight the waves by walking on water.

Lee previously hinted that the upcoming animated adventure will still focus on Elsa and Anna, but it will be "bigger" and "more epic" in scale. "They’re going to go far out of Arendelle," she said.

One thing we're sure of; it looks like it's going to be an epic adventure for Anna, Elsa, and the rest of the gang!

The sequel is directed by Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee, the same team behind Frozen, which was loosely based on Hans Christian Andersen’s The Ice Queen and grossed over $1.3 billion at the box office worldwide, along with two Oscars.

Frozen II is due for release on 22 November in the US and UK, 26 December in Australia and 28 December in New Zealand.
