BBC Weather Presenter Faints Live On Air But Apologises First

BBC weather presenter Rachel Mackley fainted on air just seconds after telling producers she was going to do so. 

The 33-year-old mother of one stumbled backwards and the cameras quickly cut back to hosts Polly Evans and Rob Smith, who both looked concerned for their colleague as she uttered ‘I’m so sorry’ once again.

They then tweeted this for all concerned viewers:

Just to let you know our weather presenter Rachel is up on her feet and will be absolutely fine. Thank you for all your kind messages.
