For the first time in history, New Zealand has secured its position on the global Monopoly Here and Now: World Edition board game.

Queenstown was New Zealand’s only nominated city who competed against 80 cities from around the world all vying for the public vote.   In total, around 4 million votes were received from 182 countries around the world.

Karlie Fox, Promotions Manager at Hasbro NZ is thrilled with the result ‘we are so proud that so many Kiwis and people around the world voted for Queenstown’.
