Watch the first trailer for hilarious show 'The Prince' about a sassy Prince George starring Orlando Bloom as Prince Harry
The very first trailer for the new cartoon satire series The Prince has dropped - and we have to admit, it got us giggling.
The show is centred around Harry's nephew, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's eldest child, seven-year-old Prince George, and is inspired by Family Guy writer Gary Janetti's popular Instagram account focused on the young royal.
Gary's social media site is filled with memes of George dropping one-liners about his siblings - Princess Charlotte, four, and 20-month-old Prince Louis, as well as his uncle Harry and aunt Duchess Meghan, their eight-month-old son Archie and other members of the family, including the young prince's grandmother, Queen Elizabeth.
Gary will even be voicing Prince George, while Orlando Bloom will be the voice of Prince Harry in the animated comedy series.
The Prince will also star Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner as Princess Charlotte, Alan Cumming as George’s butler Owen, Frances de la Tour as Queen Elizabeth, Lucy Punch as Kate Middleton, Condola Rashad at Meghan Markle, Iwan Rheon as Prince William, Dan Stevens as Prince Charles,
The series is set to stream on HBO Max and producers can't wait for viewers to see what Gary - who has written and produced the show - brings to the screen.
Sarah Aubrey, head of original content for HBO Max, said: "We're so excited to bring the world Gary's created on Instagram over to HBO Max, where our viewers can discover what his Instagram fans already know - that George can be hilarious, shocking, and surprisingly sweet.
"We can't wait to see what Gary does with a bigger canvas to paint on than just a 1:1 square."
Fingers crossed Kiwis will be able to watch the show sometime in the near future.
