Video: Police Arrest 102-yr-old Woman to Grant her Bucket List Wish

A lot us have a Bucket List that we aim to tick off before we leave this earth, but this 102-yr-old woman had a particularly interesting request!

This Missouri woman wanted to get arrested before she died, and so police helped grant her wish.

On Friday, Edie was cuffed, put in the back of a squad car and was escorted to St. Louis' Five Star Senior Center, according to reports.

"We love it and we get more out of it than the seniors do," St. Louis Police Sgt. John McLaughlin told KPLR.

When asked whether she enjoyed the experience, she said: "Oh, yes, handcuffs and all".

For years Edie had been creating and donating handmade items to the residential centre's members, and because one of the volunteers at the centre was friends with an officer, they set up the arrest so that Edie could fulfil her wish.
