This Is What Would Happen If Everyone On Earth Jumped At The Same Time

According to Business Insider, if everyone jumped one foot in the air and landed at the same time, it'd create the loudest possible noise on earth.

Astrophysicist Paul Sutter, from The Ohio State University and physicist Mark Boslough at Sandia National Laboratories, told Business Insider: "When we all landed after our jump, we'd release a massive amount of energy into the ground. This would result in a clapping sound of 200 decibels - the loudest possible sound ever created on earth. Spoiler alert: this could shatter your ear drums."

They also went on to say that if we jumped near a body of water, the impact could create a tsunami.

Well... luckily this would probably never happen!
