• 60g CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate, melted and cooled slightlyÂ
• 1/3 cup waterÂ
• 1 tablespoon honeyÂ
• 140g CADBURY Baking Milk Chocolate, extra, broken into small piecesÂ
• ¼ cup coffee liqueurÂ
• 1 teaspoon vanillaÂ
• 1½ cups ice cubesÂ
• ½ cup creamÂ
• Chocolate shavings, for decorationÂ
Method
1. Pipe or drizzle the melted chocolate into serving glasses and set aside until the chocolate has set.
2. Combine the water and honey in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add the extra chocolate, coffee liqueur, and vanilla, and stir until melted and smooth. Chill.
3. Combine the ice cubes, cream, and chocolate syrup in a blender and blend until frothy. Serve immediately, decorated with chocolate shavings.Â
