The Chase star Jenny 'The Vixen' Ryan addresses rumours she's left show

The Chase viewers have recently noticed something wasn't right with the game show.

Jenny, also known as The Vixen, hasn't been seen on the series since the start of the year.

But as every other Chaser - Mark Labbett, Anne Hegerty, Paul Sinha and Shaun Wallace - have all popped up regularly, Jenny’s absence had left supporters wondering if the star had quit the series.

Others wondered whether she had been axed by producers.

One viewer tweeted: “Jenny has clearly p****d someone off at ITV. Either that or lost them too much money.”

Another commented: “Where's Jenny? She hasn't been on #TheChase for a few weeks.”

After being tweeted directly, the 34-year-old has now cleared up the rumours, reassuring her fans that she is still very much a part of the hit quiz show.

Jenny admitted it was all down to filming schedules.

She tweeted: “Scheduling is entirely out of my hands, I'm afraid. Sorry if you've been waiting for me to appear.”
