Photos: The Original McDonald's Menu Has Emerged on The Internet

Here's a small slice of history that we actually found surprisingly interesting!

The original McDonald's was opened by Dick and Mac McDonald in 1940, when the 'McDonald's Bar-B-Q' was opened in San Bernardino, California.

Eight years later, Dick and Mac closed the restaurant for three months, refurbishing it into a format that is far more similar to today's McDonald's, and introduced the first Golden Arches.

Eventually, a business man named Ray Kroc helped Dick and Mac franchise the business out, overseeing the restaurant's expansion and making it into a global phenomenon.
