Mother Gives Birth To The First Set Of All-Girl Quintuplets In The US

One mum just made history by becoming the first woman ever in the US to give birth to a set of all-female quintuplets. That's FIVE babies!! 

Danielle Busby gave birth to five babies via a C-section on the 8th of April, 28 weeks into her pregnancy. Although they're premature both the mother and her kids are doing well. The family already have one daughter aged 3. 

 Dr. Finkowski-Rivera, one of the staff members who helped deliver the babies, says, "The baby girls did well during the delivery and are currently only requiring modest support of their breathing. They have made a strong start in life, and we’re excited to watch them grow and mature."

The family are now trying to raise donations via GoFundMe to help cover the cost of raising five girls. They're also on the look out for a van big enough to transport the whole family.
