'Legally Blonde' spin-off is happening and it's been confirmed by Reese Witherspoon herself!

Your favourite Gemini vegetarian is back, but this time for a Legally Blonde spin-off series! 

Reese Witherspoon confirmed the news that has kept fans on the edge of their seats for months in a fabulous video shared to Instagram. Viewers will be given a sneak peek into the young life of Elle Woods in the highly-anticipated series, streaming on Prime Video next year. 

"Before she became the most famous Gemini vegetarian to graduate from Harvard Law, she was just a regular ‘90s high school girl. And all of you are going to get to know her, next year on @primevideo I’M SO EXCITED!" 

The video shows Reese getting ready to announce the news dressed in a powerful, pink outfit (of course... whoever said orange was the new pink is seriously disturbed) complete with pink lipstick, and pink heels (no, they are not last season Prada). 

"Something pink is coming...and it's scented," Witherspoon teased as a nod to the resume she handed Professor Callahan in the 2001 blockbuster hit. The long-awaited series invites viewers into the dreams and ambitions of a young Elle Woods, before Warner, before the bend and snap, and before being comfortable using legal jargon in everyday life. 

What? Like it's hard? 

Viewers will get the chance to discover what made Elle Woods the fabulous lawyer we know and love in the new spinoff series gracing our screens via Prime Video in 2025!
