Kourtney Kardashian Barker announces she's pregnant at Blink 182 concert sign
Kourtney Kardashian Barker announced that she is pregnant with her first baby with her husband Travis Barker.
The 44-year-old shared her exciting pregnancy news by way of a “Travis, I’m pregnant” sign held up at her husband’s Blink 182 concert over the weekend.
Kourtney has three children with her former partner, Scott Disick: Reign Aston, 8, and Mason Dash, 13, plus daughter Penelope Scotland, 10. And Barker, 47, has three children with his ex Shanna Moakler: Landon, 19, Alabama, 17, and stepdaughter Atiana, 24.
She later shared photos of the sweet announcement, writing: "Overwhelmed with gratitude and joy for God's blessing and plan."
In May this year, the 44-year-old reality star and her husband Travis Barker had been undergoing fertility treatment to have a baby together and though they would "love" to have a child together, they have decided to leave it to fate in order to protect her physical and mental health.
"We are officially done with IVF. We would love a baby more than anything, but I just really believe in what God has in store for us. If that's a baby, then I believe that it will happen...
"Whatever's meant to be. Being happy is most important, and being a good parent to my kids."
Kourtney revealed she had had seven of her eggs frozen even before she began dating Travis - but most of them "didn't survive the thaw" and none "made it to an embryo".
She said: "The freezing of the eggs isn't guaranteed.
"I think that that's a misunderstanding. People do it thinking that it's like a safety net and it's not.”
Earlier, Kardashian Barker was filmed telling her mother in an episode of The Kardashians that she and her then-fiance wanted a baby that was a product of the two of them to add to their blended brood.
Following years of friendship, in which Barker has since revealed he always had a crush on the reality TV star, the pair began dating in 2021.
In October of the same year, Barker proposed and his wife-to-be shared the news with photos from the carefully choreographed beach-side proposal.
The couple, known for their theatrical, frequent PDAs, went on to marry in three ceremonies: A Las Vegas wedding in April 2022, which didn’t include getting a marriage license - that would come in their second wedding in Santa Barbara - and for their third wedding, they celebrated with an extravagant ceremony in Italy designed and hosted by Dolce & Gabbana.
