'Britain's Got Talent' judges left in tears after group's emotional performance of 'This Is Me'

It's being hailed as one of the most powerful auditions in the history of Britain’s Got Talent.

And it's not hard to see why.

The judges and audience were left in tears when four-year-old Christian, who is severely disabled, took to the stage.

Christian is a part of a sign language choir called Sign Along With Us, who all wore brightly coloured t-shirts bearing the words This Is Me in reference to the hit Greatest Showman song for their performance.

Before their performance, Christian's sister Jade explained she initially learnt sign language in order for the pair to communicate, saying: "We were told Christian would never communicate.

"I taught him sign language so that he could talk.

"And he's here as a little miracle proving everybody wrong."

Following the performance, judge Amanda Holden said: "This song is such an anthem for those who don't feel a part of the world or anything and I just found it really moving. It was brilliant."

Fellow judge Alesha Dixon was quick to follow saying she just couldn't find the words before an audience member shouted out, "amazing."

Simon Cowell was clearly choked up by the audition, telling them it was an audition that defined what the show was all about and one that he "would never, ever forget."

The choir range from ages 4-58 years old and consist of 37 children and 28 adults including a little girl called Ella.

We are so inspired by Christain. To perform would've taken an enormous amount of strength and courage!
