Watch One Direction’s Final Performance Before Their Hiatus On ‘X Factor UK’

One Direction just performed for the last time together before their hiatus! 

The boys took to the stage on the 'X Factor UK' to sing “History” (a song dedicated to their loyal fans) and “Infinity” off their current LP.

Throughout the performance, photos of Harry, Louis, Niall and Liam from years’ past flashed behind them.

The band then took to social media to thank their fans for everything:
