Justin Timberlake and wife Jessica Biel have proved once again why they are #couplegoals.

The pair appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon to play a round of the Best Friend Challenge – with Jessica and Jimmy going head to head on who knows Justin the best.

While Justin is famously best pals with the talk show host, it seems his Jessica – who he tied the knot with in 2012 – may have a slight edge over the competition.

Meanwhile, Justin was unable to speak during his visit to The Tonight Show due to bruising on his vocal cords, forcing the Sexy Back singer to be put on strict vocal rest.
