It has been a turbulent time for the Spice Girls after Mel B let on that she and bandmate Geri Horner had a lesbian fling.
Now new rumours are swirling that the raunchy bombshell – which Ginger Spice has adamantly denied – has caused a rift between the Wannabe hitmakers and even led them to want to "abandoned" their upcoming world tour altogether.
A source close to the girl group spoke with the Mail on Sunday revealed that "it has been a hugely dramatic week. At one point last Sunday, the tour wasn’t happening."

"They agreed that they had to do the British dates because they are under contract and they don’t want to let their fans down, but there won’t be any more.
"There had been plans to keep it going but no more," the insider added.
This comes after Mel B revealed that she and Geri had a "one-time" encounter in the 90s.
"We just giggled at it and that was it," she explained on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories. "It just happens one time and then you talk about it and it does not really happen again. It was just that one time."
However, the Evening Standard has reported that a Spice Girls rep has labelled the rumours "incorrect and factually untrue."
Geri also released a statement saying she "couldn’t wait" to reunite with her Spice Girls bandmate, even sharing a video of her practising her old dance moves.
"It has been very disappointing to read about all these rumours again," the statement read.
"Geri loves the Spice Girls: Emma [Bunton], Melanie [Brown], Melanie [Chisholm] and Victoria [Beckham]. She would like [the fans] to know that what has been reported recently is simply not true and has been very hurtful to her family.Â
"Moving forward, Geri can’t wait to see the girls and all the fans on the tour, have an amazing time with everyone, and make some new memories."
Time will tell if the Spice Girls will make their way down to New Zealand or not … but our fingers are still crossed!
