Old selfies of Kylie Jenner have resurfaced sparking cosmetic surgery rumours

Over the years Kylie Jenner's look has changed A LOT!

In selfies dating back to 2012, which were unearthed by Daily Mail, the 20-year-old reality star is barely recognisable.

And fans can't help but put her dramatic physical transformation down to cosmetic surgery.

Despite the rumours surrounding the shape of her body, eyes, cheekbones and chin, she has always denied undergoing any surgery on her face.

According to the brunette beauty, her plumped-up lips - which she originally denied getting and instead credited lip liner for accentuating her pout - changed the appearance of her facial features.

But while the mother-of-one claims "Kris Jenner wouldn't let a 16 year old have cheek and jaw reconstructive surgery", plastic surgeon's aren't so convinced.

Dr. Andrea Giannitrapani told Cosmopolitan magazine Kylie's hips and butt could be from surgery.

"I would speculate that in recent months, Kylie has undergone fat transfer to her hips and buttocks to further enhance her hourglass curves."

"There's also a clear size increase to Kylie's breasts looking at the side profile of these comparison pictures," he said referencing the Instagram photos.

"Although they are not out of proportion with her frame, they have the characteristics of a breast enlargement in the early stages of healing and look as though they still need time to settle."

"If she intended on keeping the procedure a secret, the surgeon will have gone for an implant size to suit her frame and for the result to look as natural as possible whilst still creating the volume increase she desired."
