Lorraine Downes, wife of Martin Crowe, delivered this beautiful eulogy earlier today.

She speaks of how those who get long term illness, also find another person within themselves.

Downes has expressed her eternal gratitude to a man she described as her soulmate and "a beautiful man" who saw fatherhood as one of his greatest achievements at his funeral in Auckland today.
