Céline Dion has turn to Disney to help her children cope.
The singer tells People that she waited a few days after the passing of her husband, René Angélil, to tell her five-year-old twin sons with the assistance of the movie Up to help connect the dots.
Dion threw a “glitter and balloon-filled party” to reveal that “Papa” had “gone up”, just like the balloons.
“I did not want to relate the passing to doctors and have them be afraid,” she says.
René passed away at age 73 after losing a long-term battle with cancer.
Dion’s full interview with People will be released on Friday, May 20th.
