Ellen Degeneres shares intimate wedding video in celebration of their 10th anniversary

Can you believe it has been 10 years since Ellen Degeneres and Portia de Rossi said their "I dos"?

Where has the time gone!

So, to celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary, the talk show host took to Instagram to share an intimate video of the first moment they saw each other on their big day.

And somebody pass us a tissue, 'cause it is truly heartwarming!

Along with the video from their wedding - which took place at their home, surrounded by their closest friends and family - Portia also took to the photo-sharing social media app to share the words that were spoken to them during the ceremony.

"10 years ago today, Ellen and I were married. We wanted to share Wayne Dyer’s poignant and special words with you to remind us all how far we’ve come—that we are living in a country that supports #marriageequality #waynedyer," she captioned the post.

Just months after the stars wed same-sex marriage rights were revoked in California.

While their own marriage remained legal, it took another five years before other same-sex couples could marry in the state.
