Adele's Boyfriend Organised the SWEETEST Public Surprise for their Anniversary

Adele and Simon Konecki recently celebrated their fifth anniversary together, but Adele was on tour in Tennessee, for the occasion. Most boyfriends would simply call or send flowers, but Konecki had a different idea.

At every Adele concert, she ends the show with a rain of white confetti over the audience and each slip of paper has a hand-written Adele lyric on it.

This weekend in Nashville, Konecki replaced her white confetti with pink slips of paper. On each one, he’d written love notes like “You are an angel,” and “Happy Anniversary.”
