Road Closure SH1

"Diversions in place on SH1 Atiamuri"

Emergency services are at the scene of a crash involving two trucks on State Highway 1, Atiamuri by the bridge over the river.

It is understood that both trucks have shed some of their load - one logs and the other stock feed.

Traffic is being diverted via Tirohanga Road and Ongaroto Road.

Motorists are advised to expect delays or seek an alternative route.
