China Snatches Up One of Char's Favourite Local Wines

Longview Estate on SH1 just a blink south of Whangarei. 

It's home to one of my favourite treats in the form of White Diamonds.  

I recall last season just prior to the release I was walking across the lawn first thing in the morning with dew everywhere and I thought “wow this is like the gods opened bubbly and poured it over the grass for me to walk across and celebrate my day”. 

Today I’m not celebrating. Ladies you, like Charmaine, will have a sad face to hear that white diamonds has just become collectable. 

Great for the vineyard and a great NZ wine story, sad for us girls.
