Try it Out Tuesday - The Salt Cave

Not to be mistaken as a place to bring your caving gear and head torch.....aye David who did our filming? LOL!

This is a place to chill out, clear your sinuses, heel and sleep! And oh boy did we.

It smelt soothing, it was tranquil, the colour tone made me feel happy and it really was quite hard to stir from a sleepy state.

Had the best night sleep I've had in ages after this visit and it's one of the things it's supposed to help with.

I'm keen to go back. Check out our time at the Salt Cave (yes I licked it to check it was real salt!)
