Pacific Heights aka Devin Abrams has just released his new solo album The Waters Between.

Of the new body of work Devin says - “It's the first record that is not bound to a concept. It's just reflective of how I was feeling and what I was inspired by at the time,” Abrams said. “I focused on creating a mood and gave myself the freedom to explore that.”
