Milly Tabak of Milly Tabak and The Miltones joined Estelle ahead of the release of their new album 'Honest Woman'.

It's an album of evolving and growing as a person, reflecting on past experiences and moving into the new.

As Milly explains, the writing of songs can be self indulgent and I'm only too happy to take a listen to the indulgence.
