Jemaine Clement as Tamatoa in Disney's Moana

Disney's new movie 'Moana' hits NZ cinemas on Boxing Day and we're so looking forward to seeing the full thing.

Today the creators released the full song 'Shiny' sung by our very own Jemaine Clement who plays the roll of Tamatoa the Crab.

The song was written by Lin-Manuel Miranda who recently said it was inspired by David Bowie.

He told People Magazine - “The world had already been mourning Bowie, I’d been listening to Bowie on a loop. I was like, well I’m writing a glam rock tune for this crab, this jewel-encrusted crab"
