Benedict Cumberbatch shows us how he became Smaug

Benedict Cumberbatch was the voice of Smaug the dragon in the second Hobbit movie.

And you might think that just being the voice, you'd sit in some flash studio and just read your lines...no.

The poor bugger had to wear a CGI suit and they got him to act like a fake dragon.

To top it off producers admitted they didn't even use the footage they collected!

Gutted!
