This super simple Golden Dream cocktail recipe will be your new summer favourite

Shake things up this Festive Season with a Golden Dream cocktail

Brin from The Hits Nights joined The Hilton and Bellini Bar's Mixology Masterclass to learn three sensational cocktails to make and enjoy over the summer, and festive break - including a refreshing Moscow mule, and a citrusy-classic negroni.

The showstopper? The Golden Dream! This cocktail, crafted by in-house mixologist Manuel, is the perfect drink to dazzle your guests this Christmas.

Golden Dream recipe

Ingredients:

• 30ml Licor 43 (Cuarenta Tres in Spain)
• 25ml Cointreau
• 40ml Orange Juice
• 30ml Cream

Method:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all the ingredients.
2. Shake it like you mean it!
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Sip and savour the magic!

This creamy concoction is the ultimate festive dessert drink.  Pair it with Harry Style's song Golden, and you've got the perfect summer afternoon.
