Stace posted a photo of what she thought would be perfect for all Kiwi beaches and it seems it might not be too far from reality!

Rad idea!  Who thinks we should have these in NZ?

Kelly from SmileDial reached out to let us know they're already helping those with special needs to experience the beach for themselves.

As you'll hear in the audio, Kelly mentioned that Christchurch City Council have approved funding that will allow SmileDial to purchase two "Beach Chairs" like the ones pictured!

This summer the "Beach Chairs" will be available in Brighton Beach to people with special needs who would otherwise be unable to access the beautiful beaches of Canterbury.

Each chair allows people who are a different type of perfect to be pushed on the sand (this is impossible with most wheelchairs), into the water and provide full use of areas they could not usually access.

If you can help support SmileDial and their amazing efforts to get these on beaches around the country, head to their Facebook page!
