Flynny reveals the moment he knew he'd put on weight

Sometimes our weight can really creep up on us …

... And before we know it we are a little larger than we used to be and struggling to zip up our favourite pair of jeans.

For Flynny, he realised he had packed on a few extra kilos after an exercise shirt that used to fit him perfectly, end up looking more like a crop top!

A few brave callers also chimed in with their honest stories, including one woman who said she realised she was “looking like Jabba the hut” after seeing her reflection in the mirror at the hair salon!
