Toni Street's baby boy could arrive any day now.
And the excitement and anticipation of having her biological son being delivered via surrogate and BFF Sophie Braggins, is making Toni feel a little bit "out of control" … Which she admits, is leading to some very "strange" behaviour.
"It is very close now, the baby is engaged and we’re nearly there," Toni told her co-host, Sarah Gandy and Sam Wallace.
"But it also [has] made me go slightly unusual because I’m a bit of a control freak and I’m used to being in control and ordered and organised …"
"And when you've got a baby coming and it’s not in your tummy you feel slightly out of control – particularly when that baby is in New Plymouth and could come any day."
"Be honest, how is your mental state right now?" Sarah asked.
Toni confessed that "it's not great" and that she feels she's been in a "weird out of body state".
It's apparently even been affecting her sleeping habits.
"I've been doing strange things," she said, "I've always been a sleepwalker and a sleep talker … and it has gone next level."
Toni then went on to describe how her husband, Matt had caught her sleepwalking in the middle of the night, scratching at the top of their draw.
When he asked what she was doing, a sleeping Toni simply said: "I’m just packing for the baby!"
Oh, Toni, even your subconscious is prepared! Not long to go now!
