The hilarious thing that happened when Ben Boyce tried to save a duckling

Ben Boyce tried to be a hero ... but it didn't quite work out how he'd planned.

After spotting a stranded duckling at the bottom of a drained pool, he decided to jump in and save it.

He scooped the baby duck up in his shirt and climbed out to find the fluffy animal's mumma.

But the duck mum found him first.

When she clocked that Ben had her baby duckling she went on the attack!

So Ben placed the duckling down and ran for it ... looking not quite so heroic!
