Here's an easy and delicious recipe for cranberry and brie bites:
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry sheets
- Brie cheese (cut into chunks)
- Cranberry sauce (or homemade cranberry sauce if preferred)
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 220°C.
- Cut puff pastry sheets into 3-inch squares, and place each square into a muffin or cupcake tin.
- Place a chunk of brie in the centre of each pastry square (you can measure with your heart!).
- Top with a teaspoon or two of cranberry sauce for a sweet and tangy flavour.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
