New Zealand's women's sevens team is through to the gold medal final at the Rio Olympic Games, and everyone seems pretty chuffed about it.
A Portia Woodman hat-trick has propelled the Kiwi team to a 25-7 win over Great Britain in this morning's semifinal to secure their place in the gold medal match.
Earlier Australia, the tournament's top seeds, dispatched Canada 17-5 in the other semifinal.
NZ and Australia will face off in the final at 10am today (NZ time).
Among the fans congratulating the NZ team was Hollywood superstar Matthew McConaughey. The Interstellar star was clearly inspired by the greatness of our girls and got nice and close to the action on the sideline - personally greeting and congratulating players.
