Police Release Dramatic Ram Raid Footage

CCTV footage of a ram raid at an Auckland service station has been released, as police try to identify those involved.

Three cars and up to 10 offenders were involved in the raid on the Z Energy station in Kumeu, at around 3.30 yesterday morning.

A service station employee was inside at the time but was uninjured.

The offenders stole a large amount of cigarettes and cash.

Detective Debra Brewer says most of those involved concealed their faces, but there is one whose face can be seen clearly in the CCTV footage.
