Joseph Parker will Fight for World Heavyweight Title in NZ!

After days of speculation, the venue for the Joseph Parker v Andy Ruiz Jr heavyweight title fight has been confirmed - and it's going to be held in Parker's home town of Auckland!

ESPN Boxing reporter Dan Rafael was at a press conference in Las Vegas this morning with Ruiz's manager Bob Arum when he let slip the two fighters will fight at an Auckland venue.

It had been predicted that the fight would be held overseas due to funding issues.

Vector Arena is firming as the favourite for the December 10 fight for the WBO title.
