Unfortunately, cheating is a way of life these days.
But because of this, we're getting pretty good at identifying cheaters...
A new study, which surveyed 5,000 people, has revealed that people who cheat on their partners often do so with someone they already know.
The research, by Australian jewellery company Forktip, found that of the men surveyed, over 40 percent confessed to cheating on their current partner.
While only 30 percent of females have been unfaithful.
Over half of the unfaithful people admitted that it occurred more than once, with over 30 percent admitting the cheating was still going on.
But the interesting part of all this is that they admitted the reasons why they did what they did.
- Lack of enjoyment and fun.
- Not having enough sex.
- Partner cheated first.
- Partner not leaving you sexually satisfied.
But the most shocking result of the study was who the cheaters cheated with.
Just under 50 percent said the person fell under the “other” category - which probably means it’s someone they didn’t know.
But shockingly, 23 percent answered “with partner's friend” and 22 percent admitting it was a work colleague!
