Deodorant is pretty self-explanatory, right? Wrong.Â
Just like the rest of us, you probably put deodorant on in the morning either after a shower, or as you get ready to start your day.

But apparently, that isn't the right way to do it.
Clinical experts say you should actually be applying your deodorant before bed.
Yup, applying deodorant before you sleep allows your body to absorb the product into the pores. This clogs up the sweat ducts, which also means you sweat less at night.
Then when you wake up, your pores are pre-clogged with anti-perspiring goodness and you can go on with your day sweat-free!
Showering in the morning won't affect it either, because it will already have absorbed.
