Fans are claiming this new Lush body lotion can cure insomnia

Wouldn't it be amazing if when our head hits the pillow we could just instantly drift off into a peaceful sleep?

Unfortunately, for most of us, this isn't the case.

But thanks to Lush, restless nights' may soon be a thing of the past.

Originally launched last year as a limited-edition product, 'Sleepy' has officially been upgraded to the permanent collection in America - after being labelled as best thing insomniacs had ever found.

While Lush doesn’t out-right say the pastel purple cream will help you sleep, its website does say the lotion will “soothe your senses,” and help you “instantly feel at ease.”

But fans are convinced it banished their sleep problems.

“Sleepy absolutely helps with anxiety and my serious inability to sleep,” one Redditor wrote.

Another described it as “magical, beautiful, and intoxicating.”

A third added: “As someone with incurable and not so common chronic illnesses which result in chronic pain and insomnia because of the pain, Sleepy lotion is the one product that can actually help me through the worst of my nights.”
