David Attenborough's 'Planet Earth II' Trailer Has Been Released and it's Breathtaking

These are the incredible animals soon to be on our screens as Sir David Attenborough's Planet Earth returns this month!

A decade after the first Planet Earth series was filmed, Sir David has given a first glimpse of the second season of the hit series - and it looks every bit as stunning as the first.

The BBC said the original, first shown a decade ago, 'redefined natural history filmmaking, giving us the ultimate portrait of life on Earth. 

'Planet Earth II will reveal our planet from a completely new perspective, using significant advances in both filming technology and our understanding of the natural world,' it said.

The new series, which begins later this month on BBC One, will have six episodes, each an hour long.
