Are Terri Irwin & Russell Crowe Dating? Australia Zoo Responds To Rumours

The rumour mill has been in full swing over the past few days in regards to whether Terri Irwin, 51 - wife of the late Steve Irwin - and Russell Crowe, 52, are dating.

Initial reports of the two dating featured in New Idea, where an' insider close to the actor' revealed they couldn't 'fight their love any longer'.

However, Australia Zoo has laughed off these rumours: 'She'll be flattered!' a spokesperson from the Zoo told Daily Mail Australia.

'Russell Crowe is a long-time friend of the Irwin family and has been for many years, [but] the report that Terri and Russell are romantically linked is simply untrue.'  

There is no denying that Russell Crowe has a close friendship with the Irwin family. On his birthday, Terri wished him a Happy Birthday via Twitter saying: 'Thinking of you Russell Crowe, Hope your birthday was wonderful.'

So we can neither 100% confirm nor deny these rumours, but either way we hope they are both happy!
